As part of the Group's overall services, our Health & Safety Services team works with our member districts to provide programs designed to encourage safety awareness through training, which ultimately reduces claims and their associated costs.

CCCSIG's Health & Safety staff can come to your district to provide a variety of employee workshops and supervisor training. CCCSIG can also customize training to meet the needs of your district.

The Critical Importance of Health & Safety

"Safety" is a term that has many applications in the school environment. The safety of students is foremost in our minds as we have a responsibility to assist in providing a safe environment for education. Employee safety is another critical priority of the district and of each individual staff member. On-the-job injuries may be prevented if we collectively accept responsibility for our own safety, our fellow employees and the students and community in which we serve. By adopting an attitude of safety and by using safe work practices, we can work together to reduce and eliminate on-the-job injuries.

Each and every employee is essential to the success of the district in its challenge to create a healthy and safe work environment. A healthy and safe work environment is a better work environment and CCCSIG's Health & Safety Services team works hard to assist Districts in achieving this goal!
